Gluten-Free Smoky Crackers

Here’s a recipe that I found in Everyday Food magazine a while back. It’s easy,tasty and gluten/dairy-free! Love when that happens!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt plus more for sprinkling
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients starting at the top of the list. Stir until a ball forms.
  3. Form dough into a disk and roll between two sheets of parchment paper. to 1/8″ thickness.
  4. Cut dough into 1″ squares but do not separate the squares!
  5. Lightly brush the top with water and sprinkle with a little more salt.
  6. Transfer dough on parchment paper to a baking sheet and bake till puffed and crisp. 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let crackers cool completely then separate and nibble away!
