Lemon Garlic Sauce

This is a delicious sauce to top off a baked chicken or chicken pieces!


  • 5 large whole garlic heads
  • 2 tbps extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • sea salt  and pepper to taste


  1. Remove excess paper from garlic.
  2. Brush each head with the oil and bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
  3. let cool 10 minutes.
  4. Separate each clove and squeeze out the pulp. Discard skins.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and mash or blend with an immersion blender.
  6. Serve with chicken!
