Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

I highly recommend these cookies. Not only are they yummy but easy to make!


  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1/2 cup marg or butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1  1/4 cups gluten-free bisquick
  1. Cream the sugars,marg and egg together.
  2. Add in the GF bisquick( Available in the USA only I am afraid)
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Shape dough into balls, then flatten with a fork dipped in sugar.
  5. Give them lots of room to grow!
  6. Bake at 375 for 9-10 minutes.
