Carrots With Peaches

This would be a great side dish to chicken or pork! Easy to do and colorful!

You need:

  • 1 lb of baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  •  3 peaches peeled and sliced
  1. In a saucepan boil the carrots in the apple juice,covered.Cook till tender. Drain
  2. Melt the butter and brown sugar together. Add in the peaches till tender.
  3. Add in the carrots. Stir to coat the carrots. Serve warm.
