Escargots In Garlic Butter and Cheese

This is one of those recipes that looks like you toiled all day but is so very easy!

You need:

  • 1 can escargots large ones, rinse well
  • 2 tbsp of garlic butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced


  1. In your 4 escargots  dishes, rub butter in dishes. If you don’t have escargot dishes, use little individual casseroles. look at Dollarama for these!
  2. Divide the escargots between the 4 dishes. Sprinkle the garlic over the escargots.
  3. Top with the cheese.
  4. Place under the broiler till cheese is melted and butter is bubbling! keep a close eye on them!
  5. Serve with a slice of baguette or french bread!
