Rice Pudding

I haven’t made this in years but it was a favourite so perhaps it’s time to have a go at it again! Enjoy!

Step #1 – Boil 1/2 cup of rice in 3 cups of water for 20 minutes. Drain.

Step#2 – Add milk to cover the rice. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup raisins. Bring to a boil till milk is consumed.

Serve warm with cream/milk and cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top!
